Data Acquisition Vectors
NorthStar Facility Care operates inside the nerve centers of major corporations. We collect operational data (schematics, access codes, contact hierarchies) purely to execute our Service Level Agreements. Digital telemetry (cookies) on this interface is used strictly for network security and traffic analysis.
Zero-Trust Information Policy
We treat client data with a Zero-Trust approach. Facility access codes are heavily encrypted on our central servers and pushed to field operatives' digital devices only 30 minutes prior to a shift start, automatically purging upon shift completion. We do not sell, broker, or transmit your corporate data to any unauthorized external nodes.
Personnel Clearance
Because our teams access critical server rooms and secure tech offices, every direct employee undergoes federal and provincial criminal record checks before being cleared for deployment.
Data Rectification (Law 25/PIPEDA)
You maintain the administrative right to request a full dump of the data we hold on your corporation, and the right to request immediate purging, barring any data required for active billing or tax compliance.
